Twice a month, Roden School Council hosts pizza lunch Fridays, with pizza ordered from Pizza Nova. Slices are available for pre-order through School Cash Online at the start of every month, and both Roden and Equinox students can participate. Cheese, pepperoni, dairy-free, and gluten-free options are available, with the ability to order single or multiple slices. Slices are the square party size and each order comes with a carton of milk.
We don’t want any student to go hungry, so please contact Ryan or Vu if you need assistance.
Pizza lunches are a fundraising initiative, with money raised going toward bringing speakers, workshops, and other STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) experiences into the school for students. In addition, 25% of all funds raised will be put toward our Student Equity Fund.
Pizza lunch days are a lot of fun and we’re always looking for volunteers to help make sure lunch hour runs smoothly. It’s a great way to meet other parents and caregivers and see the kids “in the wild.” If you wish to volunteer, email fundraising@roden.ca or use our volunteer sign-up form.
