The Roden School Council Fundraising Committee wishes to extend a welcome to new and returning parents during this new school year. We will be meeting for the first time on Wednesday September 25th in the school library from 7:00 – 8:00pm to discuss plans for the upcoming school year. All are welcome to attend.
The Fundraising Committee meets for one hour 4 times per school year to discuss events and recommended spending. We aim to offer the community an event every month with proceeds going to supplement extracurricular activities and school trips; grade eight graduation and trip; grounds beautification; and varied school entertainment and presentations.
Even if you are unable to come to meetings, or are unsure what contribution you are able to make, the Fundraising Committee welcomes additions to our “Volunteer Ask List”. By joining this email list you will receive regular updates about upcoming events and plans. You can be added by emailing email@example.com with the title “Please Add Me”, or by returning the attached form with your contact information. If you are already on our “Volunteer Ask List” you do NOT need to respond.
